Marketplace Operations Platform

1. Opslavvy Marketplace Operations Platform:
Manage products, inventory, prices, orders, shipping labels, returns and marketplace reports for multiple ecommerce brands from one centralized workspace. Opslavvy’s Marketplace Operations Platform is designed for agencies, e-commerce operators and brands that manage product catalogues and order operations across multiple online marketplaces.

2. One workspace for every brand and marketplace

The platform provides a secure multi-brand workspace where authorized teams can manage each client company separately while maintaining centralized operational visibility. Each connected brand can have its own:

  •  Products and variants

  •  Marketplace connections

  •  Inventory

  •  Prices

  •  Orders

  •  Returns and cancellations

  •  Reports  User access

  •  Client reporting portal

  •  Marketplace fee and commission rules

3. Supported sales channels

  • Planned and supported integrations include:

  •  Amazon Selling Partner API

  •  Flipkart Seller APIs

  •  Shopify stores

  •  Myntra partner and OMS integrations

  •  AJIO approved API or structured-file workflows

  •  Custom e-commerce websites

  •  Other approved marketplaces and sales channels

Availability depends on the APIs, permissions and partner approvals provided by each marketplace.

4. Product and catalogue management

Create and maintain a central product catalogue containing:

Product names

  •  SKUs and barcodes

  •  Style codes

  •  Categories

  •  Size and colour variants

  •  Marketplace-specific titles

  •  Product descriptions

  •  Attributes and specifications

  •  MRP and selling prices

  •  Public product-image links

  •  Listing status and marketplace references

Product information can be imported, validated and updated through structured Excel or CSV files.

5. Central inventory synchronization

The platform maintains centralized SKU-level inventory and synchronizes available quantities with connected marketplaces and stores. When an order is received:

1. The ordered quantity is reserved in the central inventory.

2. Available inventory is recalculated.

3. Updated quantities are pushed to the other connected channels.

4. Failed synchronization attempts are recorded and retried.

5. Inventory mismatches are marked for review.

Inventory synchronization is near real time and remains subject to marketplace rate limits, processing delays and API availability.

6. Unified order management

Authorized users can view and manage orders received from connected marketplaces through one workspace. Depending on marketplace support, available functions may include:

  •  New-order import

  •  Order confirmation

  •  Packing status

  •  Ready-to-dispatch status

  •  Shipment and tracking updates

  •  Cancellations

  •  Returns

  •  Refund status

  •  Delivery status

  •  Order notes

  • Marketplace-specific order references

7. Shipping labels and invoices

Where supported by the marketplace API, users can:

  • Generate or retrieve shipping labels

  • Download individual labels

  • Download invoices

  • Download manifests

  • Combine multiple labels into a PDF

  • Print labels from the web application

  • Print directly through the desktop application

Label and invoice availability depends on the marketplace, seller fulfilment method, carrier and granted permissions.

8. Marketplace reports and reconciliation

The platform will support:

  • Individual marketplace reports

  • Combined marketplace reports

  • Brand-wise reports

  • Daily, weekly and monthly order summaries

  •  Product and SKU sales reports

  •  Returns and cancellation reports

  •  Inventory reports  Settlement reports

  •  Marketplace fee and commission reports

  •  Order-level commission reconciliation

  •  Unusual deduction alerts

Configured commission rules can be compared with actual marketplace deductions.

Example anomaly rule

When an order value between INR 1 and INR 1,000 is configured to carry zero commission, any commission charged within that range can be marked as unusual for review.

9. Client reporting portal

Each brand may receive secure portal access to view:

  •  Daily and weekly order summaries

  •  Marketplace-wise sales

  •  Combined marketplace reports

  •  Returns and refunds

  •  Commission reconciliation

  •  Unusual deduction alerts

  •  Inventory mismatches

  •  Listing errors

  •  Customer return reasons or feedback where the marketplace provides that information

10. Official marketplace authorization

Opslavvy uses official application and authorization mechanisms wherever available.

For Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify:

  • The seller or store owner is redirected to the official marketplace authorization page.

  • The seller signs in directly with the marketplace.

  • The seller reviews and approves the requested permissions.

  • Opslavvy receives authorization tokens for the approved account.

11. Security statement

Opslavvy does not request marketplace passwords, OTPs or browser session cookies as a substitute for official authorization.

12. Marketplace availability notice

Some features may not be available through every marketplace. Availability can depend on:

  •  Marketplace API access

  •  Seller account type

  •  Application approval

  •  Granted permissions

  •  Country or marketplace region

  •  Fulfilment method

  •  Marketplace rate limits

  •  Available reports
